Research Scientist-Peptidomimetic

Job Description

• We are looking for research scientists to lead our R&D teams focusing on peptidomimetic research.
• Our research directions include, but are not limited to: peptidomimetic development based on target and functional properties, peptidomimetic drug design and screening for various diseases, peptidomimetic multi-stage structural
• modification, and development of peptidomimetic-based diagnostic and detection reagents. In order to successfully provide our customers with high-quality peptidomimetic research and development services, candidates should have relevant CRO, CMO or pharmaceutical company work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the research team, design and operate peptidomimetic development research projects to meet customer needs.
• Perform experiments, troubleshooting, data collection and data analysis according to all applicable regulatory standards and safety standards and form project reports.
• Promote project progress and control project cycle to ensure timely delivery of results required by customers without affecting quality.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in cell and molecular biology or biochemistry is preferred. Ph.D. in other related fields can also be considered.
• A minimum of 1 year of work experience in relevant CROs, CMOs or pharmaceutical companies.
• Proficient in peptidomimetic development related research, especially in peptide library establishment, disease diagnosis and detection, immunity and metabolism, protein-protein interaction (PPIs), targeted drugs and other fields.
• Experienced in the use of specialized laboratory equipment, and capable of planning, performing and troubleshooting scientific experiments.
• Excellent ability to find and solve problems, and promote project development.
• Proficient in communication and written expression.
