Sales/Project Manager-Peptidomimetic

Job Description

• We are looking for sales/project managers who can actively promote the sales of peptidomimetic research services and project development.
• Our project segments mainly include peptidomimetic development based on various targets and functions, screening of peptidomimetic drugs for various diseases, multiple peptidomimetic modifications, and development of related peptidomimetic-based detection and diagnostic reagents.
• Candidates with no work experience are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Drive the sales and project completion of peptidomimetic services.
• Measure the productivity of sales personnel to ensure the effective implementation of the established strategy.
• Identify, nurture and respond to opportunities for new and existing customers through outbound and inbound inquiries.
• Eliminate and eliminate problems that hinder sales operation plan and project implementation plan.
• Effectively coordinate sales operation activities with other functional departments, including service, consulting and market analysis, as required.
• Cross functional collaboration to properly utilize internal resources.
• Operate effectively in a multitasking, dynamic environment while maintaining a focused and customer-centric attitude.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in cell and molecular biology or biochemistry is preferred. Ph.D. in other related fields can also be considered.
• Knowledgeable in protein and peptide related research, candidates with peptidomimetic development and design are preferred.
• With great potential for success in the sales of peptidomimetic development services and promotion of project completion.
• Demonstrate strong entrepreneurial spirit, cooperative behavior and excellent negotiation skills.
• With excellent interpersonal, telephone, presentation, oral, written, and other communication skills.
• Proficient in teamwork environment.
